Run Club of the Week - Studio Natura

Run Clubs

This week, we're shining a light on some truly special aspects of our running world: A run club that serves banana bread (and vibrators)? Only in Berlin.

Hi friends 👋

You know I’ve been on a mission to explore the best run clubs Berlin has to offer — and the latest one seriously raised the bar (and a few eyebrows 😏).

Let me introduce you to Studio Natura Run Club: born from a casual “hey girls, should we start a run club?” moment, and now one of the most welcoming, good-vibes-only runs in the city. The run club is led by @juliainberlin_ and @ladinalhm, two friendly and welcoming women united by the passion of sports and banana bread ;) Watch the full video here

I had the pleasure to attend one of their Sunday social runs, and here's how it went:

1️⃣ Vibe & Community (5/5)

From the moment I arrived, I felt it: the energy was light, fun, and super inclusive. Ladina and Julia, the founders, kicked things off with a story about how this whole thing started with just an idea — “hey girls, should we do like a run club together?” And honestly, it still feels like that: just a group of friends inviting more friends to join the fun.

Everyone was friendly and open — whether you came solo or with your crew, you were welcomed in. The crowd felt really diverse: a mix of backgrounds, nationalities, and running experience. No one was stressing over splits or watches. It was more about movement and connection than performance.

Post-run? People actually stuck around. We sipped coffee, snacked on banana bread, and laughed over the unexpected Amorelie surprise. It felt less like a workout and more like a community brunch with a 5K in between.

2️⃣ Route & Scenery (3.75/5)

The route was a smooth 5K loop starting near Rosenthaler Platz (U8) and following the river Spree. Scenic, peaceful, and very Berlin. It’s the kind of path that makes you forget you’re exercising — perfect for chatting mid-run or just zoning out and enjoying the view.

It was a simple out-and-back loop with plenty of space to spread out. The area was mostly traffic-free, which made it feel super safe, even for newer runners. Plus, it’s easy to reach by S-Bahn, U-Bahn, or bike — major win.

3️⃣ Training & Structure (2.5/5)

Studio Natura isn’t a hardcore training club — at least, not yet. This run felt more like a casual jog with friends. There was a light warm-up to get everyone moving and a clear route explained before we started. No pace groups this time, but the vibe was so relaxed that you could easily find someone at your rhythm.

It’s definitely beginner-friendly, but I could see this evolving as the community grows — maybe adding more structured workouts or long runs. For now, it’s perfect for a chill Sunday shakeout with a social twist.

4️⃣ Facilities & Perks (4.75/5)

Let’s talk perks. There was a space to drop bags, an in-store bathroom (essential!), and post-run snacks and drinks shots waiting for us. The highlight? Banana bread served post-run, and special runners’ deal on coffee and matcha for just 3€. It was more café than race fuel — and I was so here for it.

Plus, that little collab with Amorelie added a cheeky touch that got everyone talking. Definitely not your typical runner’s goodie bag!

5️⃣ Uniqueness & Identity (3.25/5)

Studio Natura isn’t just another run club. It’s playful, empowering, and refreshingly different. It feels feminine in the best way — not just pink-and-glitter, but thoughtful, wellness-forward, and unapologetically fun.

Their vibe is rooted in community and creativity. They’re not trying to be the fastest or the most elite — they’re here to connect people, move together, and build something meaningful. Events like this show how a run can be both sweaty and sexy (thanks, Amorelie 😏).

And the best part? It’s open to anyone who vibes with that mission.

Final thoughts: Is Studio Natura Run Club Worth Joining?

If you’re looking for a run club that blends movement, connection, and a little something different, Studio Natura is one to watch. Whether you're new to running or just want a space that’s more social than serious, this club offers exactly that — with coffee, banana bread, and maybe even a vibrator in your goodie bag.
