Mental Health and FOMO

While we love running and community events, it's important to maintain a healthy balance.

Our platform is designed to inform you about running events in Berlin, but we want to emphasize that it's not necessary or advisable to attend every single event. Running should be enjoyable and beneficial for your physical and mental health, not a source of stress or pressure.

We recommend:

  • Running 4 or 5 times per week maximum
  • Incorporating other forms of exercise like strength training or yoga
  • Listening to your body and taking rest days when needed
  • Choosing events that align with your goals and schedule, rather than trying to attend everything
  • Never running when you are injured and consulting doctors when needed
